01 The Challenge
Pilot Children’s Center is a family psychological clinic that primarily serves children. The aim is to have a digital information channel and internet presence where patients can learn about the different services that Pilot Children’s Center provides and they can also easily schedule their appointments in the office.
This is intended to help administrators so that they can easily manage their patients and their schedules and thus systematize customer service processes and provide better service.

We generated a website and integrated functions to manage online appointments, agenda for doctors and their patients, payment gateway and video consultations.
Through this mechanism, doctors and their patients can easily schedule their appointments, receive their therapy through the Internet, manage their payments quickly. At the same time, administrators can manage everything through the website and easily get information about how the business works.
